*Personalization selections must be provided at the time of ordering. If no selections are made, the character ONLY and no name options will be made as the default order.
**Longer names may appear smaller than shorter names. Double names may require to be split into two lines for optimal spacing and placement.

The Details:
LISTING PHOTOS: Listing photos are examples of the finished design ONLY. Your order will be created with the information provided by you (names, birthday age, preferred colors, etc.) in the "Notes to Seller" section at check-out. IF NO BIRTHDAY AGE/NAME IS GIVEN AT CHECK-OUT, a birthday age/name will NOT appear on your finished product.
PERSONALIZATION: Please be sure you include ALL personalizing information as requested in the listing. Be sure to double check spelling and ages. If no name/birthday age is given at checkout, no name/birthday age will appear on the finished product. As items are made specially for you, returns/exchanges are not accepted.
GARMENT BRAND and SIZING: The shirt blanks used are a boutique brand. As sizing differs from brand to brand, please be sure to refer to the sizing chart for measurements and order accordingly. Refunds and/or exchanges will not be made for ordering an incorrect size.
KAVIO! brand blanks are used for sizes 3M through Youth XL. GILDAN brand blanks are used for sizes Adult SM-Adult 4XL. Please refer to the sizing charts in the listing photos for sizing details. In the event a shirt size is unavailable, another brand of shirt may be substituted. Substituted shirts will be of comparable sizing as shown in the sizing charts. Substitute brands include, but are not limited to, BELLA CANVAS, LOVE THAT COTTON, RABBIT SKINS, JERZEE, NEXT LEVEL, and ANVIL.
SHIRT COLOR: Standard shirt colors are WHITE, GREY, and BLACK for infant and crew cut shirt styles, and WHITE, PINK, and BLACK for girls cut shirt styles. Although the shirt in a listing sample photograph may be shown in another color, the listing price includes the standard shirt color option and will be made according to the shirt color selected at checkout.
Upgrade options are available for other shirt colors. Please message me for color options and upgrade pricing.
FABRICS: Fabric placement may vary from that shown in the listing photo, these variations add to the uniqueness of each custom piece. In the event that a fabric shown in the photo is out of stock and/or no longer available, Pretty Penguin Stitches reserves the options to substitute with another fabric of similar color, texture and/or design.
COLORS: Due to photograph lighting and differences in computer monitor resolutions, colors may vary between the actual fabric colors and those displayed on your screen. Exact color matching or color shades are not guaranteed.
TURNAROUND TIME and RUSH ORDERS: If you need items faster than my posted turnaround time, please contact me BEFORE ordering. Rush order are accepted on a limited basis only and vary based on my current schedule and order volume. Unless arrangements are made PRIOR to ordering, your order will be shipped according to the current posted turnaround time. Rush requests made WITHOUT prior approval will NOT be honored and will not be refunded.
Rush order upgrades start at $5.00 and up PER ITEM. Rush upgrade will vary based on the length of the rush turnaround time/complexity of the design requested. Thank you for your understanding!

Rush orders for 24 hr, 72 hr, and 1 week production are available on a limited basis. Please message me BEFORE ordering for current availability.
An approved rush code is required for rush ordering.
Orders placed without the approved rush code will NOT be rushed and will only be refunded/canceled according to the posted refund/cancellation policies.
Orders may be cancelled and refunded within 24 HOURS of purchase ONLY.
As supplies are ordered and work begins after ordering, orders become NON-REFUNDABLE after 24 HOURS from time of ordering. However, I am happy to work with you to make modifications to your order when possible (Modifications will be limited to the supplies that have been obtained for your order. Modifications will not be possible if your order has already been fully produced.)
Processing times are posted throughout my shop and appear at checkout. Please double check that these times, plus USPS shipping, will meet your needs. Orders are not eligible for cancellation or refund after 24 HOURS from ordering.
Fabric patterns in your final product may vary from those used in the original listing should this happen. (Ex. chevron fabric is out of stock; polka dot of similar colors may be substituted.) I do try to keep them similar, but it is not always possible.
If you want a certain pattern used or do not want a certain pattern used, please specify that in the "Notes to Seller" box during checkout.
Custom color requests are also available; however, I can not guarantee the same pattern in every color. (i.e. sample shows Pink Chevron, but blue is requested. Blue may be done in polka dot or other pattern.)
*Orders with Fri., Sat., Sun., or USPS Holiday ship dates will ship the following USPS postal business day. Ship dates are estimates and may vary by 1-2 business days. Please allow up to 48 hours for orders to update with USPS.
*Delivery dates are estimates only. Unexpected USPS transit delays can occur. Pretty Penguin Stitches is not responsible for USPS delays. Refunds will NOT be given for postal service delays.
*Orders shipped via Priority Express that DO NOT deliver by the USPS guaranteed date will be refunded the cost of SHIPPING ONLY after being processed by USPS. Cost of product WILL NOT be refunded.
*RETURN/EXCHANGE: In the event a return or exchange is approved, BUYER shall be responsible for all return shipping costs.
International shipping is available to select countries. Buyer is solely responsible for all customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. Please allow additional shipping times for international orders. Pretty Penguin Stitches is not responsible for customs delays.
RETURNED TO SENDER:
If an order is returned to me by USPS, I will contact you to setup payment arrangements for the costs of re-shipping the order to you.
Return to Sender (RTS) orders must be claimed within 45 days of notification of the return. Notification will be made via Etsy messaging. If a RTS order is unclaimed, it will be considered abandoned. Abandoned orders will NOT be refunded or remade. Unclaimed orders will be considered FULFILLED and will require an additional purchase to remake the unclaimed item.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ITEMS RETURNED TO SENDER FOR ANY REASON.
PRETTY PENGUIN STITCHES DOES NOT SELL DIGITAL DESIGN FILES.
All digital design files are protected by U.S. intellectual property laws and other international intellectual property laws.
Pretty Penguin Stitches DOES NOT sell or share digital design files for any reason; including but not limited to designs no longer for sale by the original digitizer and custom merged work contained elements from other digitizers.
