Rush Processing and Rush Shipping

Rush orders for 24 hr, 72 hr, and 1 week production are available on a limited basis. Please message me BEFORE ordering for current availability.

An approved rush code is required for rush ordering.

Orders placed without the approved rush code will NOT be rushed and will only be refunded/canceled according to the posted refund/cancellation policies.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled and refunded within 24 HOURS of purchase ONLY.

As supplies are ordered and work begins after ordering, orders become NON-REFUNDABLE after 24 HOURS from time of ordering. However, I am happy to work with you to make modifications to your order when possible (Modifications will be limited to the supplies that have been obtained for your order. Modifications will not be possible if your order has already been fully produced.)

Processing times are posted throughout my shop and appear at checkout. Please double check that these times, plus USPS shipping, will meet your needs. Orders are not eligible for cancellation or refund after 24 HOURS from ordering.

Fabric Designs/Colors

Fabric patterns in your final product may vary from those used in the original listing should this happen. (Ex. chevron fabric is out of stock; polka dot of similar colors may be substituted.) I do try to keep them similar, but it is not always possible.

If you want a certain pattern used or do not want a certain pattern used, please specify that in the "Notes to Seller" box during checkout.

Custom color requests are also available; however, I can not guarantee the same pattern in every color. (i.e. sample shows Pink Chevron, but blue is requested. Blue may be done in polka dot or other pattern.)


*Orders with Fri., Sat., Sun., or USPS Holiday ship dates will ship the following USPS postal business day. Ship dates are estimates and may vary by 1-2 business days. Please allow up to 48 hours for orders to update with USPS.

*Delivery dates are estimates only. Unexpected USPS transit delays can occur. Pretty Penguin Stitches is not responsible for USPS delays. Refunds will NOT be given for postal service delays.

*Orders shipped via Priority Express that DO NOT deliver by the USPS guaranteed date will be refunded the cost of SHIPPING ONLY after being processed by USPS. Cost of product WILL NOT be refunded.

*RETURN/EXCHANGE: In the event a return or exchange is approved, BUYER shall be responsible for all return shipping costs.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to select countries. Buyer is solely responsible for all customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. Please allow additional shipping times for international orders. Pretty Penguin Stitches is not responsible for customs delays.

RTS (Returned to Sender) Orders

If an order is returned to me by USPS, I will contact you to setup payment arrangements for the costs of re-shipping the order to you.

Return to Sender (RTS) orders must be claimed within 45 days of notification of the return. Notification will be made via Etsy messaging. If a RTS order is unclaimed, it will be considered abandoned. Abandoned orders will NOT be refunded or remade. Unclaimed orders will be considered FULFILLED and will require an additional purchase to remake the unclaimed item.


Digital Design Files


All digital design files are protected by U.S. intellectual property laws and other international intellectual property laws.

Pretty Penguin Stitches DOES NOT sell or share digital design files for any reason; including but not limited to designs no longer for sale by the original digitizer and custom merged work contained elements from other digitizers.

I make all efforts to return Etsy messages received in a timely manner; however, I do sometimes miss messages due to working on production of items and the high volume of messages received each day.
